Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, contact us at hiddenatlas404@gmail.com before sending anything back. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at hiddenatlas404@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photographs showing the issue so that we can assess it and provide an appropriate solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products and gift cards.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, size, or frame option, contact us first. The appropriate procedure will depend on the status and circumstances of your order.

European Union — 14-day right of withdrawal

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason, subject to applicable law.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

This statutory right is separate from any additional rights provided under our return policy.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
